The location of the hotel was great; it was in the heart of the city and everything was easily accessible. , the staff was quite friendly and accommodating, which was appreciated during the festive season. The Free Wi-Fi and Complimentary Breakfast were also very enjoyable that we received.
My experience was less than desirable during my stay. The room was quite small, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things I enjoyed in the hotel. the breakfast buffet was decent, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was located conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore the surroundings.
Those were s of the hotel. the pictures on the website were misleading, and the noise level was unbearable.

The hotel location is okay, but the street noise is disturbing. the room is tiny and lacked proper ventilation. the bathroom was not clean, and the amenities were not functional. Unfortunately, there were no viable facilities or room advantages.
The hotel bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable.
